Daddy finally had his Captain's Promotional Ceremony last weekend and Elliana and mommy got to go pin his new badge on him! It was so funny because Elliana went right into daddy's arms when we got to him, and then I pinned on the badge had to take pictures quick, grab Elliana so they could move on to the next person...well Elliana had something else in mind...she wanted her daddy! She kept saying out loud so EVERYONE heard..."daddy, no daddy, and she wouldn't come to me....luckily she didn't scream when I took her" It was precious! We are so proud of daddy! He is such an amazing husband, father and hard worker and it is really paying off! We just found out he got nominated for the Firefighter of the Year through the FVW! We have that ceremony on Wednesday night! He truly is our HERO! We love you Daddy! :)
